How did you first get into music?
Growing up I hardly listened to rap music being from DC. I was a strictly Go Go head. Go-go is a popular music sub genre associated with funk that originated in the Washington, D.C.
I even joined a band, which didn't do to well, we had poor leadership and that's when I started rapping once I left the band. I recognized that I had some vocal / lyricism skills when I would make my own songs or remix popular songs being played on the radio. It was fun as hell to ! We'd just twist up and freestyle for hours for fun. Once i purchased my first studio equipment around 2012 i started writing with pad and pencil and engineering my own music. Ive came along way since than but I'm still perfecting my craft everyday.
